Our Process
From initial design consultation to SolidWorks 3D rendering, fabrication and project completion, Hurley Metal Fabrication’s team of experienced professionals can be your one source for all metal fabrication demands.
Design
The design & engineering team will sit down with you to go over in detail the scope of your project. Our designers will combine their wisdom of metal and the fabrication process, along with what is and what is not possible, into designing your piece from the very beginning.
Build
They will then create a 3D rendering of it in SolidWorks – the industry’s preferred sheet metal drafting software – allowing you to examine your project to see if it meets your expectations or if modifications are needed. Once you give your final approval it can move to the fabrication phase.
Fabricate
Our expert fabrication craftsmen will take the schematics of your piece and utilize the necessary equipment to produce high quality, advanced precision parts that are needed for your project.
